Elaine is currently studying for a diploma in psychotherapy and is in her third year. 
 To help with her range of skills she worked in Residential Childcare and at Dunblane High School as a support for learning assistant.  
Her other qualifications.
• Fully trained in TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention)
• Basic ASD (Autism Spectrum Discorder, ADHD) training
• Basic GDD (Global Developmental Delay) training.
• Supporting Young People with complex trauma
• ASDAN Short Course Vocational Training

The range of skills are imperative to the delivery of our Employability Skills Development programme, the follow up mentoring for six months and the ASDAN Short Course Vocational which is a twelve-month programme which can be run either face to face or through e-learning.

The background and experience of the staff who are impartial and well-trained professionals, means they can draw on reliable and trusted labour market intelligence and delivered in a wide variety of settings. This allows the ACTS staff to be able to deliver a high-quality Career Information Advice and Guidance (CIAG) to the participants on both the programme. The ACTS staff will also create a personal development plan with the participants who will take ownership and responsibility for this with direction and encouragement from the staff.
